Delivery and Returns

Delivery
Each model is made to order in Manchester. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be produced and prepared for dispatch.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a delivery aim of 2–3 working days following dispatch. UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
We hope you love your model, but if you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your model arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right. In these circumstances, you will not be responsible for reasonable return postage costs.

How to Make a Return
