Each model is made to order in Manchester. Please allow up to 2-days for your model to be produced and prepared for dispatch.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with tracking provided once dispatched.

UK delivery is a flat £3.95 per order, regardless of how many models you purchase together.

Each model is 3D printed in PLA and individually produced to order, resulting in a highly detailed miniature representation of Manchester.

As each model is individually 3D printed, minor variations and subtle variation in the printing process may occur. This is a natural part of how each model is made.

Yes. We hope you love your model, but if you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an order.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
